Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before starting your technical expedition. They outline your responsibilities and our commitments as your training partner.
1. Service Provider and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Student" or "User") and IT Learning Camp Global LLC ("IT Learning Camp," "we," "us," or "our"). IT Learning Camp Global LLC is a registered business in the state of Texas with Registration Number 803456789. By accessing our website at itlearningcamp.com, enrolling in our technical tracks (including Cloud, Cyber, and Dev tracks), or using our 'Virtual Wilderness' lab environment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Description of Services
IT Learning Camp provides high-intensity technical education services specializing in information technology certifications. Our primary offerings include the AWS Solutions Architect Expedition, Cybersecurity Operations Expedition, and Full-Stack & DevOps Expedition. These services comprise instructor-led sessions, recorded curriculum, proprietary documentation, and access to isolated virtual private cloud (VPC) lab environments designed for unscripted technical troubleshooting.
We reserve the right to modify our curriculum and lab scenarios quarterly to ensure they reflect current industry standards and the latest stable software releases. Any significant changes to the enrollment tracks will be notified to currently active cohorts via the student portal.
3. User Obligations and Conduct
As a student of IT Learning Camp, you are expected to maintain professional conduct and technical integrity. This includes:
- Lab Usage: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the 'Virtual Wilderness' lab environments for educational purposes only. Any attempt to use these environments for malicious activities, including but not limited to unauthorized scanning, hosting of illegal content, or mining of cryptocurrency, will result in immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.
- Academic Integrity: All capstone projects and lab assessments must be your original work. While we encourage collaboration in our student forums, the final implementation of technical solutions must demonstrate your individual architectural proficiency.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials for our learning management system and VPC environments. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Payment, Tuition, and Refunds
Enrollment in our technical tracks requires the payment of tuition as outlined on our pricing page. For individual students, tuition must be paid in full or a formal installment plan must be approved before access to the 'Virtual Wilderness' labs is granted. For enterprise clients, payment terms are typically net-30 from the date of invoicing, unless otherwise specified in a custom Summit plan agreement.
Refund Policy: We offer a 100% tuition refund within the first seven (7) days of any program if you decide the learning methodology is not the right fit for you. To request a refund, you must submit a written notification to [email protected] within this timeframe. Beyond the first week, refunds are pro-rated based on the percentage of the curriculum completed, minus an administrative fee of $250. No refunds are provided after 50% of the program duration has elapsed.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by IT Learning Camp, including but not limited to our 'Virtual Wilderness' lab architecture, instructional videos, proprietary documentation, code samples, and logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of IT Learning Camp Global LLC. You are granted a limited, personal, and non-transferable license to use these materials for your own educational purposes during your enrollment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our course materials without prior written consent from our leadership team.
Your individual capstone projects and the original code you write during your labs remain your property. However, by submitting these projects for grading, you grant IT Learning Camp a non-exclusive license to use them for internal educational assessments and as part of our alumni portfolio highlights.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
IT Learning Camp provides high-level technical training designed to prepare you for industry certifications. However, we do not guarantee that you will pass any specific certification exam or secure a particular job role as a result of our training. Technical mastery requires individual effort, prior experience, and market variables beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Learning Camp Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or 'Virtual Wilderness' labs. We do not warrant that our website or lab environments will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times, though we strive for 99.9% uptime for our training infrastructure.
7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your enrollment in our programs shall first be addressed through informal negotiation with our leadership team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the city of Austin, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas and the federal laws of the United States. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, for any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration.
